A Couple of Puppets is a touring company with a variety of puppet shows for young audiences. we offer workshops, residencies and performances.
Goat on a Boat is a not-for-profit puppet theatre. Winter/spring shows at 11:00 am and 3:00 pm Saturdays (January to end of April). Summer season shows at 11:00 am Thursday, Friday, and Saturday (July and August). Classes and workshops available. Special guests include touring puppet groups and musical groups.
TOURING SHOW- The Doubtful Sprout
Duration: 40 minutes
Description: Get ready to explore the world under your feet in this underground puppet adventure. Tunnel down with Worm and Sprout as they discover the mysterious life found inside soil. Along the way, kids help figure out the secrets that help Sprout grow. Award-winning puppeteer, Liz Joyce, brings this ecological wonderland to life with multiple puppetry styles, projections and song. The Doubtful Sprout was funded in part by a Family Grant from the Jim Henson Foundation.
